Modern Slavery and human trafficking statement for Retrofit Coordination Services Limited.


This statement is provided on behalf of Retrofit Coordination Services and is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (‘the Act’). It constitutes Retrofit Coordination Service’s statement for the financial year ended 31 March 2022.


Retrofit Coordination Services recognises that all businesses have an obligation to prevent slavery and human trafficking and will do all in its power to prevent slavery and human trafficking within its business and within the supply chains through which it operates.  This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of the Retrofit Coordination Services in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors and office staff. 


As a designer and coordinator company involved with PAS2035 within the we recognise that there are potential risks to modern slavery within our business, suppliers and supply chain. We are committed to ensuring we understand the current legislation and shall work to mitigate any risk on a continued basis. 


Retrofit Coordination Services has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery in our organisation nor knowingly work with any suppliers or partners that are involved in any form of slavery, human trafficking or exploitation.


We are satisfied that there is no evidence of any act of modern slavery within our supply chain and we have processes in place to ensure it remains that way. 


We shall, as a company, expect everyone working for us or on our behalf to support and commit to the following measures to safeguard against modern slavery: 


  • That there is no forced or involuntary labour carried out 
  • Employees are free to leave their employer after giving reasonable notice 
  • Employees are entitled to rest breaks and free to leave the premises during allocated times 
  • The amount of overtime undertaken by staff is at a premium rate and is entirely voluntary. 
  • As part of our corporate social responsibility and ongoing due diligence processes we will continually consider the level of audits required across our supply chain. 


Retrofit Coordination Services insure to take all reasonable and practical measures to ensure that these standards are met and implemented throughout the business and will investigate any instances of non-compliance.
